What personal information do we collect and process?
As a general rule, you can access the website without telling us who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, NPS.Today needs certain personal information to trade with you. The company collects only the personal information needed.
3. CATEGORY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We need the following information when you shop with us to ship the item to you:
Name, address, tel. and email address.
The Company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from a third party and does not store information about means of payment, such as credit card numbers, bank account numbers or the like.
4. RECEIVERS OR CATEGORY OF RECEIVERS
Only the company uses personal information that we have about our customers. NPS.Today has guidelines on who can access these. Only the online shops responsible and the package managers.
In addition, those responsible for customer service can access the information in order to help customers with questions about delivery, the product, etc.
5. STORAGE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
NPS.TODAY stores personal data that is registered with NPS.Today ApS and stored for five years for financial reasons. Then the information is deleted.
6. THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW AGREEMENT
You always have the opportunity to be informed what information we have recorded about you and at any time the right to withdraw your consent.

WHO DO WE PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO?
Personal information provided by NPS.Today is only disclosed to:
- the company’s internal departments
- selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information to provide goods or services that you have ordered
- business partners in order to register and maintain your user account.
To further develop and improve NPS.TODAY, we keep statistics on how to use the website. The personal data is registered with NPS.TODAY and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
