nps.today is a young SaaS company with a growing pool of customers. We seek a Presales & Solution Manager for our large Account & Partner team.
You will be creating both adapted and new solutions, in close collaboration with our Product Manager, our Internal Development Team and our External Partners. Together with our Delivery Team, you will ensure a successful implementation of the entire nps.today solution for our customers, in a project managerial role.
An nps.today solution is always fully integrated into our customer IT environment. With a solution based on automated surveys of customer experience and loyalty, taking along the entire customer journey, it consists of a lot of different systems and channels that need to be linked together.
Our custom-made solutions and integrations often turn into new standard products. These can be sold by external IT companies and system vendors, or even be built into certain systems as an OEM solution. The collaboration with external partners extends beyond mere development, as they often become a commercialized setup. You will become a key stakeholder in our partner collaboration, both in the development phase and in the commercialized aspect, when the partners are to sell and deliver nps.today solutions.
You are our ideal candidate, if you can understand complete IT solutions, and if you have worked with integrated solutions in the past, though without developing them yourself.
The tasks include both contact and collaboration with larger or more complex direct customers and with partners, and you will be involved in the entire customer journey, including:
