Your NPS solution starts with a welcome letter with information for you to prepare for the initial kick-off meeting with your NPS Coach. At the meeting we plan everything regarding your solution, campaigns, surveys, phases, plan, etc. Your NPS Coach is ready to give you advice in operational NPS and support your campaigns throughout the entire subscription period.
