Issues with login
You experience that either your user-name or password for the system is not recognized. The system creates an error when you try to log in. The problem is either the password, or that we do not recognize your email.
Try resetting your password.
It is often the password that is the problem. Use the link on the login page to reset your password. If you do not receive an email from us, the problem is that the system does not recognize your email.

OBS! When you delete a respondent, you delete the respondent for the entire account. It means that all previous survey answers from the individual respondent are deleted.
