Standard Customer Pulse surveys are fully integrated across your IT landscape. Surveys are automated based on live customer data, and customer pulse feedback flows directly into your CRM or customer service systems. With alerts, notifications, and follow-up tasks, this is true closed-loop CX — right inside your daily tools.

Extended Pulse combines the best of both worlds. The pulse section is treated exactly like a standard Customer Pulse survey, with full system integration and closed-loop workflows. The extended section, however, stays within the survey and reporting layer — ideal for more nuanced insights that don’t belong in the operational flow.

General Surveys and Questionnaires are designed for broader research or ad hoc feedback. These surveys are not linked to specific customer experiences and don’t feed back into CRM or customer service systems.
