Delighted & GetFeedback
Your Salesforce feedback tool is going dark.
nps.today isn't.
GetFeedback and Delighted are both being retired, and their replacement paths — SurveyMonkey Enterprise and Qualtrics — aren’t built natively for Salesforce. nps.today is: a CX platform with a purpose-built Salesforce plugin, so your NPS, CSAT and CES programs stay right where your customer data already lives.
Why now
Two trusted Salesforce feedback tools are ending within months of each other.
Both were acquired by companies now steering customers toward bigger, more complex, non-native platforms. If you’re on either one, the clock — and the migration work — is already running.
The real question
Do you actually need an enterprise research suite —
or a feedback tool that lives inside Salesforce?
SurveyMonkey Enterprise and Qualtrics are built for large-scale research programs. If you’re running NPS, CSAT and CES to act on customer signals inside Salesforce, native architecture matters more than feature bloat.
What you're being migrated to
- Data syncs into Salesforce through external connectors, with sync delays and extra failure points
- Every integration point is a place something can break — or be breached
- Compliance work (GDPR, data residency) gets harder as data moves between systems
- Enterprise research features you'll likely never touch, priced accordingly
- New implementation project: IT resources, re-built surveys, re-trained teams
What nps.today gives you
- Feedback data and surveys triggered directly from Salesforce — no external pipeline
- Zero sync delays, one fewer system to secure and maintain
- Feedback stays inside the Salesforce environment you already govern
- Right-sized for NPS, CSAT and CES — not a research suite you'll grow to resent
- Migration support to move historical data and rebuild your programs faster
The plugin
Everything GetFeedback and Delighted did in Salesforce — plus what they couldn't.
nps.today’s Salesforce plugin puts survey creation, delivery, and follow-up right where your teams already work.
Triggered from Salesforce
NPS, CSAT and CES email and SMS surveys triggered directly from Salesforce records and workflows.
Embedded, not bolted on
Pop-up and embedded surveys inside Salesforce emails, messaging/chat, and Experience Cloud.
Customer Pulse in Salesforce
See each customer’s feedback history and sentiment right on the record — no tab switching.
Feedback data stays inside Salesforce
No middleware, no external data pipeline — responses live with the customer data they’re about.
Close the loop, in Salesforce
Route low scores to the right owner and manage response follow-up without leaving your CRM.
Beyond the CRM
A CX AI Agent, live dashboards and wallboards, and Outlook/Teams notifications extend the same programs to every customer touchpoint.
FAQ
Migrating from GetFeedback or Delighted
How much time do I actually have?
If you’re on Delighted, monthly plans stop renewing May 31, 2026 and the platform shuts down with all data deleted on June 30, 2026 — under a year from now. GetFeedback Direct sunsets December 31, 2026. Either way, starting your evaluation now leaves time for a calm migration instead of a rushed one.
What happens to our historical survey data?
On a demo, we’ll walk through how to bring your historical NPS, CSAT and CES data across so your trend lines and account history don’t reset to zero on day one.
Do we need to rebuild all our surveys from scratch?
You’ll rebuild them inside nps.today, but with prebuilt templates for NPS, CSAT and CES and a plugin that mirrors the trigger points you already use in Salesforce, most teams recreate their core programs quickly rather than starting from a blank page.
Is nps.today only for Salesforce users?
No — nps.today also integrates with Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, and other CRM, contact center and service platforms. This page focuses on the Salesforce plugin because that’s the workflow GetFeedback and Delighted were built around.
What's the best way to evaluate it before we commit?
